Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Unlockr iPhone app and unlockr.space. By downloading or using Unlockr you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

What Unlockr does

Unlockr uses Apple's Screen Time technology to restrict apps you choose, and returns access after you complete a breathing or movement challenge. It is a tool to support your own intentions. It is not a medical device, not a treatment for any condition, and not a substitute for professional advice.

Physical activity

Your account

You need an account to sync progress. You must be 18 or older. Keep your Apple ID secure, since it is how you sign in. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You agree not to reverse engineer the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or use Unlockr to restrict a device that is not yours.

Subscription and billing

• Unlockr requires a subscription. Plans and prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
• If a plan includes a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Manage or cancel at any time in Settings on your iPhone, under your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds

Apple processes all payments and handles all refunds. We cannot issue them. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Statutory rights in your country still apply.

Availability

We aim to keep Unlockr running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. Features may change or be withdrawn. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and stop charging.

Screen Time enforcement depends on Apple's operating system. Changes Apple makes to iOS can affect how well the lock works, and that part is outside our control.

Liability

Unlockr is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost profit, or injury arising from exercise you chose to perform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending your use

You may stop using Unlockr and delete your account at any time from Profile, then Account, then Delete Account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, and will tell you why unless doing so would be unlawful.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Unlockr after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of your own country.
